In 2017 I realised a long-held dream by hosting my first ‘take time’ retreat offering women a nurturing space to reconnect with themselves and take time to breathe, grow and be.









Last November, we spent four days nestled in the heart of the Kent countryside, away from outside distractions, and immersed ourselves in yoga, nourishing food, creative workshops, massage therapy, raw chocolate, pilates and an incredible sound bowl experience.
