My personal training sessions are geared towards fitness & wellness for female clients.
Your training needs will change but I can work with you at any stage of your life – before, during & after pregnancy, through peri-menopause and beyond.
I offer home or work-based personal training to help you to reach your goals, with an individual focus and at a time that suits your lifestyle.

What does personal training involve?
The content of your training sessions will vary around your needs. I use a range of equipment & training techniques to ensure that you meet your targets and we can incorporate a wide range of different styles of training to keep you mentally and physically engaged. I may also incorporate some soft tissue work into your sessions where appropriate.
Your first session will include some simple movement assessments which will enable me to create a firm foundation for your subsequent sessions to address any postural issues alongside your specific goals.
One-to-one or with a friend?
Sessions can be one-to-one or shared with a friend/partner. Training individually gives a very direct focus on your needs. Training with a friend or partner is a great way to train, but you will both need to be starting from a similar place and have shared goals in order for it to be successful.
We can discuss both options in more detail when we talk about your training needs.
Is it for me?
Personal training is perfect if you are training towards a specific goal, because every session will be focused on your finish line – whether that is improving your health on advice from your doctor, training for a fitness challenge or shaping up to fit into your wedding dress.
Personal training is ideal if you have a busy lifestyle and struggle to get to timetabled classes. We can work around your commitments and find a time that suits you.
Personal training can include nutritional and fat-loss guidance if that is relevant for you. We can look at your eating habits as well as your exercise routine and implement effective strategies for long-term results.
