Total Body is an online body-weight class focusing on low impact exercises which target the whole body. It is delivered via live-streaming and recorded sessions.
Body-weight exercises give you a really effective way to boost your fitness without the need to buy (and store) added equipment such as dumb-bells. You can do this class anywhere that you have enough space to move safely.
Total Body uses different training techniques & adaptations so that you can increase your heart-rate in a way which does not aggravate any joint, pelvic floor or postural issues that you may have. The exercises will vary every week, with variations to help you make sure that the class is always safe and effective for your body.
This 45-minute class will boost your cardio-vascular fitness and tone the whole body.
You will work in the comfort of your own home and work at your own pace throughout.

What should I wear?
- you will need suitable fitness clothing and supportive shoes (or bare feet)
- it is best to remove watches, rings, and other jewellery which will get in your way
- you will definitely need to have a bottle of water near-by
- you will need an exercise mat

Online sessions are currently scheduled as follows:

Classes are booked online. Payment can be made as a one-off booking or via my monthly subscription class pass.
