Guided walks

I am involved with a few walks during April – details and links below:

  • Women’s Wellbeing Walk – Wednesday 8th April @ 9.30am – Sandhurst (approx 4.5 miles) This is a circular route starting and finishing at St Nicholas’ church – expect some big views and bluebells – details
  • Wye to Chilham (North Downs Way) – Sunday 19th April @ 9.30am/10.30am* (approx 8 miles). This is a linear #tracksandtrails route. There’s a choice of meeting me at Chilham at 9.30am and catching the train to Wye, or meeting at Wye ready to set off at 10.30am – expect to see bluebells and beech trees at their very best. This walk is stunning – you don’t want to miss it! details

You can find details & booking information for all my up-coming walks here

I will also be leading/involved in three other walks in April – details below:

  • Tonbridge river & countryside hike – Saturday 4th April (approx 11 miles). This is a very manageable circular route from Tonbridge station, out through open countryside and back along the Medway Valley Walk route (with Adventure Women UK) – click here for details and booking
  • Surrey Hills – villages & gentle ridges hike – Monday 6th April (approx 11 miles). This is a circular route in the Surrey hills, starting & finishing at Ockley station (with Adventure Women UK) and avoiding the big hills! – click here for details and booking (it may be fully booked but check the website just in case there are spaces)
  • Kent Downs bluebell hike – Saturday 18th April (approx 12 miles) This amazing circular route explores rolling chalk hills, peaceful valleys and sections of the North Downs Way, with sweeping countryside views and vibrant woodland, starting and finishing at Wye station (with Adventure Women UK) – click here for details & booking

I hope to see you on one of these walks. We are truly moving into the light and warmth of spring now and it is a beautiful time of year to get outside.

Personal Training

I have some extra availability for one-to-one fitness or Pilates sessions, on Tuesdays or Thursdays, from lunchtime onwards.

These could be regular sessions, with a longer-term goal as our focus, or an occasional session focused on a particular issue, such as core strengthening, some soft-tissue release work or a movement problem.

If you would like a guided walk on a one-to-one basis, that can also be arranged. I can show you a new local route, walk it with you and give you a route plan afterwards so that you can do it again on your own.

Please let me know if you would like to discuss any of these options – I’d love to help.

Here’s to April with its Easter bunny cuteness, all the bluebells & extra daylight!

Jx
