What’s on 5th-31st January 2026

Everything you need to know as we dive gently into the new year!

Classes

The full timetable is back from Monday 5th January 2026!

  • Strength & fitness classes can be booked here (weekly PAYG)
  • Functional Pilates classes can be booked here (half-term block and weekly PAYG)

I don’t believe that we ever need to make sudden changes just because a new year has started, but I do think it is helpful to just begin as soon as you feel ready, especially if you have enjoyed some time being less active over the festive break.

I hope to see loads of you for the first class back, but if you don’t feel ready then, you know where I am when you do!

Classes can be booked right up to the last minute before the start time, but remember that I will need a completed health questionnaire if you are attending for the first time. I do not accept walk-ins or cash payment.

Personal Training

I have some extra availability for one-to-one fitness or Pilates sessions starting in January, on Tuesdays or Thursdays, from lunchtime onwards.

These could be regular sessions, with a longer-term goal as our focus, or an occasional session focused on a particular issue, such as core strengthening, some soft-tissue release work or a movement problem.

If you would like a guided walk on a one-to-one basis, that can also be arranged. I can show you a new local route, walk it with you and give you a route plan afterwards so that you can do it again on your own.

Please let me know if you would like to discuss any of these options – I’d love to help.

Guided walks

I have two walks scheduled for January:

  • Women’s Wellbeing Walk – Wednesday 14th January – Old Park Wood near Cranbrook (approx 4.5 miles)
  • Cranbrook to Sissinghurst – Saturday 31st January (approx 8 miles)

You can find details & booking information for these walks here

I will also be leading two walks in January for Adventure Women UK:

  • Surrey Hills (Polesden Lacey) – Saturday 17th January (approx 11 miles)
  • Kent Downs (Borough Green) – Saturday 24th January (approx 10 miles)

You can find details & booking information for these walks here

I look forward to seeing you in 2026 & continuing to support your body as it moves through the year!

Jx
