Your eating habits have a tremendous effect on your health. Getting control over how and what you eat is absolutely essential in your success at reaching your fitness goals and improving and maintaining your health — for life. After a baseline Body Composition Measurement and Health Assessment Analysis, I will develop a plan that is personally tailored to meet your dietary needs and caloric intake requirements.

     
 

Nutrition Planning

One on one nutrition counseling. I’ll sit down with you one-on-one and explain your personalized program. Having a personal consultation with a fitness professional to answer your questions and “tweak” your program may be what finally works for you.

Learn how to eat in the real world. I’ll teach you how to control your portions, how to manage your intake of fats and carbohydrates, and how to implement a nutrition and exercise program for the rest of your life that can make you feel better, improve your health, and teach you how to finally take control over the way you eat. I work with clients who are borderline diabetic, obese, or who have high blood pressure, elevated triglycerides, and diabetic concerns.
