Ill teach you how to control your portions, how to manage your intake of fats and carbohydrates, and how to implement a nutrition and exercise program for the rest of your life that can make you feel better, improve your health, and teach you how to finally take control over the way you eat. I work with clients who are borderline diabetic, obese, or who have high blood pressure, elevated triglycerides, and diabetic concerns. |
