Super-Circuits

Attending classes was my first introduction to the fitness industry and I still love the energy that can be found in a group exercise class.

Classes provide great motivation which is especially important if you are new to exercise. You will be able to work at your own level in a non-competitive, friendly environment.

Free trial sessions are available so you can try before you buy with no obligation.


Super-Circuits

A combination of traditional circuit class exercises with team games and challenges to mix things up. No two sessions are the same so expect lots of variety and fantastic results!

Casual payment option:

If you prefer not to commit to a monthly payment there is an option to buy a block of 10 sessions which can be used at any time to suit you. These sessions are valid indefinitely and can be used for any of my bootcamps or classes.

You will be always able to work at your own pace and select your own intensity levels and I guarantee that each class will offer you a great, energising, fun workout.

A group class is the best option if you find it hard to stay focused when exercising on your own.

Better still, why not get a friend to book up to the same class so that you can support and encourage each other?

Each class lasts 55 minutes, includes a graduated warm-up and a relaxing stretch at the end. Within that framework the content of each session will vary so that you enjoy every class and always leave wanting more!
