With online fitness training and phone coaching,
I can develop a fitness, exercise, and nutrition program personalized
for youbased on your goals. Ill check in with you once a week
for an online or phone session to keep you motivated and on target to
meet your fitness goals.
Once a week, I will design a professionally-developed weight
training and cardio plan designed just for you. Each week, (or as often
as you like,) I'll meet by phone or via email see how things are going,
talk about your nutrition, goals and progress, and then go over the plan
for the following week. Then you'll get an e-mail with your personalized
cardio and weight training program and the recommended nutrition plan
for the following week.
One of the great benefits of working with me via email or
the phone is that you get a personalized program and instruction, nutritional
recommendations and the ability to troubleshoot problem areas at a lower
cost than working with the trainer in your home.
But youll still have one-on-one contact with your
trainer who will assist you in monitoring your progress, hold you accountable
to your program, keep you motivated, and adjust your program as needed.
