If you are already happy with your body shape and you are getting great results from your current exercise routine, bootcamp might not be for you.

Bootcamp sessions are unlike anything you have ever done before.

What, where & when

There is no typical bootcamp session. The sessions vary every time to give you the best results for weight loss, fitness and toning. We make use of a variety of small equipment but many exercises are equipment-free. We incorporate team games and challenges as well as individual exercises.

Simply decide how many sessions you would like (on average) per month and select the relevant link below to set up your monthly subscription via Pay Pal. Click here for further details about pricing and booking.

8 sessions per month (£5.10 per session):

12 sessions per month (£4.50 per session):

16 sessions per month (£3.85 per session):

20 sessions per month (£3.60 per session):


Casual payment option:

If you prefer not to commit to a monthly payment there is an option to buy a block of 10 sessions (£6.60 per session) which can be used at any time to suit you. These sessions are valid indefinitely and can be used for bootcamp or super-circuit sessions.


Worried about the weather?

We exercise outdoors whatever the weather…

Since we started in October 2010 we have had very few wet bootcamps and we carried on throughout the snow last winter! In fact the weather seems to positively add to the experience of exercising outdoors.

If you are still worried about the weather, here are some very wise words from Billy Connolly:
