About me

Jane Taylor

I first became involved in the fitness industry as a customer over 15 years ago and soon became hooked on the feel-good effects of regular exercise.

I went on to train as an ‘exercise to music’ instructor because I loved how I felt after a fantastic group workout – and now I love the fact that I help other people to feel that way too. I have continued to teach a range of classes and still love group exercise.

Having completed my advanced fitness qualification in 2005, I returned to a gym-based environment which further developed my passion for the way in which exercise and fitness helps people to change their lives.

More recently, I have studied a diploma in functional movement which enables me to assess and improve movement patterns for optimal performance. I am also one of the first trainers in the UK to complete the Metabolic Effect certificate and I love being the first trainer to bring this exciting class concept to Kent.

My focus now

  • providing exciting bootcamp sessions which take you outside the gym to reach new levels of success
  • offering classes which give you fun, effective and achievable ways to reach your personal fitness goals
  • creating personal training experiences which offer great value for money with targeted results

My goal is for you to reach your target and feel great about yourself, whether that involves losing body fat, shaping up for a special event, having more energy or recovering from injury or illness.

I aim to get you hooked on the positive effects of fitness too!
