I’m having a moment of deja vu…it’s Sunday morning (early) & I’m sitting in bed writing this post!! I wanted to post this before I go to Bluewater just in case I spend the rest of the day sitting in a very long queue for the car park…

I don’t have much to share this week – although I’ll probably think of loads later – so I’m just going to hit you with a bullet point list of things I think you may need to know:

• payments and menu choices for the Christmas meal need to be with Nita by tomorrow please (if you don’t have her contact details please email me)
• the Christmas meal is at 8pm on Wednesday 14th December
• there are no bootcamp sessions on Friday this week – there is a Thursday morning session at 6.15am @ DCPS instead of the usual Friday session so I hope to see lots of you there
• there are only 10 more bootcamp sessions & 3 more super-circuits classes left for 2011
• your mats are on order (finally they are in stock) so I will be handing these out to the 6.15am bootcampers this week – YAY!
• AC came to bootcamp 4 days in a row this week and asked for a mention!!
• the best day of the week to post a letter is a Saturday – it is more likely to get where it’s going quicker and it’s less likely to get lost if you post it on a Saturday than on any other day of the week (don’t know if you really needed to know this but I heard this fact last night and thought I’d share!!)

The week ahead:

Allegedly I got two of the sessions in the wrong order last week so here’s a rough guide to bootcamp this week to give you an idea of what we may be doing each day!

6.15am @ DCPS:

• Monday – Awesome arms & abs (DB)
• Wednesday – ME 27 (DB)
• Thursday – Boxfit 40/20 (no DB)

9am @ DCPS: week 3 of 3 and the last one this year – please bring energy!

• Monday – PHA & pulse razors (DB)
• Tuesday – ME 23 (DB)
• Wednesday – CV 40/20 (no DB)
• Thursday – ME 24 (DB)

I think this is the shortest one yet, but needs must & the shower is calling! Bluewater here I come – AAARRRGGGGHHHHHHHH!

PS Isn’t spellchecker strange…every week it queries the word ‘bootcamp’ but it didn’t bat an eyelid at ‘AAARRRGGGGHHHHHHHH’ – haha x
