weekly update 11/11/11

Hello.

This might be the shortest ever weekly update…I’m really struggling to keep my eyes open and need to go to bed – even though it is only 7pm… I also have to get myself prepared for the course I’m on this weekend so I’m going to keep it brief and to the point!

Firstly welcome to our new recruits – hope you enjoy the bootcamp experience over the coming weeks… It’s good to have you on board.

Secondly well done to the hard-core 9am bootcampers who have done 4 sessions in a row this week – you know who you are and you have earned the right to feel very smug (and possibly a little bit sore) all weekend! Top effort x

Hopefully you have all received the Christmas menu by now.

Please let me know if there are any queries about the meal and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Your meal choices and cheques (payable to the Bull at Benenden) need to go to Nita please so that she can collate them and make sure everyone is booked in. She will be away for a couple of weeks but you can still email her and send your cheques so that she can pick them up when she gets home.

If you don’t get back to her with your details and payment by 5th December I’m afraid your name will not be on the guest list so please don’t delay if you want to join us for the first tmf Christmas meal.

Henri has promised that there will be dancing on the tables so you don’t want to miss it…!!!

Mats:

A few of you still need to pay for and collect your folding mats from me please. I have already paid out for these so I would appreciate you collecting them over the next week if possible.

I have been giving out the standard mats as people have come to the 9am bootcamps over the past couple of weeks and still have some available. I will order some more as soon as they are back in stock end November) and then there will be a couple of weeks when you can claim your free mat – if you don’t come to bootcamp in that time-frame, you won’t get one and you’ll need to buy your own!!

I haven’t forgotten the 6.15am bootcampers – you will get yours soon too!

The week ahead:

So we are already into week 3 for the 9am sessions, which means you can look forward to using even more energy & burning even more fat over the next week!

It’s week 3 for the 6.15am sessions too and since I have missed your fitness test for the past fortnight I’ll leave it now until week 1 comes around again! Sorry!!

  • Monday – CV drills & thrills (no DB)
  • Wednesday – ME 23 (DB)
  • Friday – 45/15 circuit 3 (no DB)

9am @ Benenden:

  • Monday – High intensity tabata drills (DB)
  • Tuesday – ME 17 (DB)
  • Wednesday – High intensity accumulator (no DB)
  • Thursday – ME 18 (DB)
  • Friday – Core conditioning 3 with Fitness Pilates (DB)

My addled brain can’t think of anything else to share so I’m signing off…have a great weekend – I’ll be back on Monday full of ninja back releasing techniques!!

Oooh! Just thought of something… the final total for Hospice in the Weald was £160 so I have sent them a cheque for that amount. Thank you again for your participation and generosity xx
