weekly update w/c 8th August
Hi – just a quick update this week because:
a) it’s Saturday night
b) I’m reading a really good book & I need to get back to it soon &
c) only 2 of you have left me a review on my facebook page
It would really help to raise my profile and get more people like you to come to my bootcamp sessions so PLEASE could you find a spare minute over the weekend to add a review for me? It is really easy to do - even a techno-phobe can do it - just click on the link (www.facebook.com/tmfcranbrook) and you will be taken to my business page where there’s a box at the top for you to add your review.

I’ve been having some physio recently to loosen out some over-worked and imbalanced muscles but I’m building up to getting more active in the coming weeks. This week I’ve been inspired by one of my PT clients who’s on holiday but emailed to say that she was using the ’100 push-ups’ app that I recommended to her. Not to be outdone I opened up mine too and I finished my 3rd workout today!
It is a great little app which gets you to record your the number of full push ups you can do now, and then gives you a program to increase that number gradually over a six week period. It only takes a few minutes every other day & it’s easy to use. So here’s my challenge to you…download the app this weekend & get started on Monday. Let’s see how many tmf 100 push-upers we can have.
My starting score wasn’t great – I managed only 6 really good, continuous push-ups but I’m up to a max of 11 by my 3rd day (43 push-ups in total, spread over 5 sets). Let me know what your starting score is and how you get on…we can compare notes as we go.
The coming week:
There’s only 7 more early bootcamps & 4 more 9am bootcamp sessions before I take a break towards the end of the month so make sure you get along to as many as possible.

- Monday – 45/15 circuit 3
- Wednesday – ME 11
- Friday – Ladders & shuttle drills 3
9am @ Benenden:
- Monday – ME 20
- Wednesday – ME 21
