weekly update w/c 27th June 2011

Greetings at the end of another week…

You’re one week closer to your summer holiday? Will you be bikini ready when you step onto the beach?? There’s still time to squeeze in some extra workouts before you go so don’t forget to put your bootcamp sessions in your diary to make sure you stay on target…

With that in mind, and following my email last week it was a fairly evenly split vote but the final decision is that the mid-morning (9am) bootcamp sessions will run from Monday 27th June-Friday 15th July so there’s no week off next week!

For those who want to keep going into the summer holidays I plan to run 2 ME sessions a week from w/c 18th July-w/e 21st August. Sessions will be held on Mondays & Wednesdays at 9am on the following dates:

  • Mon 18th & Weds 20th July
  • Mon 25th & Weds 27th July
  • Mon 1st & Weds 3rd August
  • Mon 8th & Weds 10th August
  • Mon 15th & Weds 17th August

The cost for these sessions will be £10 per week, or all 5 weeks for £40. If you already have a block of 10 sessions you can carry on using those as usual. If you have a monthly payment set up I will adjust it as necessary to cover the correct amount (ie. a refund if necessary or a link for any balance owing).

Please note that I will need a minimum of 6 people per session for them to be viable. Please respond to this email to indicate which of these extra sessions you would like to book or if you intend to take a break after July until September.

Anyone with a monthly payment who does not wish to attend over the summer will recieve a refund via Pay Pal when their payment reaches my account. Any spare sessions from July will be carried over to September.

Mid-morning bootcampers can also attend any of the early morning sessions at DCPS which will run as usual up until 22nd August. I promise you it’s a great way to start the day if you are able to get out and about that early…?

We’re back to week one for both bootcamps so you can expect a few slightly easier sessions this week – although there will still be the option to ramp things up if you want to push yourself!

6.15am @ DCPS:

  • Monday – CV 40/20 (NB this is the last session of your previous block so it won’t be easy at all!!)
  • Wednesday – ME 5
  • Friday – Core conditioning 1

9am @ Benenden:

  • Monday – Steady CV
  • Tuesday – ME 4
  • Wednesday – Partner work 1
  • Thursday – ME 11
  • Friday – Mixed high and low accumulator
