weekly update w/c 16th May 2011

Hi. Bit of a late one this weekend but finally I’m in front of my computer planning your sessions for the week ahead.

I’ve had a really busy few weeks trying to decorate my bedroom and get my garden into shape and I feel that I’ve turned a massive corner this weekend! My bedroom is now (bizarrely!) the same colours as my website – lime green and blue. For the first time in 3 weeks the carpet is free from plaster dust, the blinds are back up at the windows & the furniture is right where it should be! I can’t wait to go to bed tonight!!

The garden is looking great too – still a work in progress but so much better than it was a few weeks ago thanks to Hannah’s fabulous guidance.

So now it’s time to get my head around the week ahead. I’m going to bring music to some of the bootcamp sessions over the next few weeks – if you like it we will keep it…so please let me know your thoughts. I am trialling some music with in-built circuit timings so look out this week for the accumulator and 45/15. Contrary to popular belief it doesn’t mean I can sit back and do nothing – it means I can really focus on what you’re doing without having to keep my eye on the stop watch. So it’s a win/win situation you get music to motivate you and more coaching from me – what’s not to love!?

So here’s how this week looks for taylor-made fitness bootcampers…

6.15am @ DCPS

  • Monday – 45/15 circuit
  • Wednesday – ladders & shuttles
  • Friday – pear-shaped 3

9am @ Benenden

  • Monday – Lo & Hi
  • Tuesday – Legs & bs accumulator
  • Wednesday – Easy ME!
  • Thursday – Pear-shaped 3
  • Friday – Bodyshock circuit
