weekly update w/c 9th May 2011

Hello!

It’s been a few weeks since I did this so I’ll start by saying that I hope you all had a fantastic Easter break and enjoyed the fun and festivities around the Royal wedding last week. Hopefully you feel that you are getting back into your usual routine and raring to get back to bootcamp?!

We’re into May already so now is the ideal time to get your body ready for the Summer – the work you do at bootcamp over the next few weeks will get you into great shape for the beach so make a commitment to yourself and book your bootcamp sessions in your diary now! Your health matters so put yourself first for a change and see how great you feel… 

The early bootcamp sessions started again this week and the mid-morning sessions start on Monday 9th May (until Friday 27th May). So if you’ve missed some already make sure you don’t miss any more!!

Here is what you can expect for the week ahead:

6.15am bootcamp @ DCPS - we’re into week 2 so things will get a little more intense…

  • Monday – Lo & Hi Tabata exercises
  • Wednesday – Boxfit
  • Friday – easy(?!) ME

9am @ Benenden - it’s week 1 so it will give you a relatively gentle start back after a few weeks off

  • Monday – Dr Who & friends (Tabatas and partner work)
  • Tuesday – PHA & pulse-razors! (upper and lower body segments)
  • Wednesday – Tony (toning)
  • Thursday – Eddie (steady CV)
  • Friday – short circuit (easy intervals)

PS don’t forget your sunblock and plenty of fluids, especially for the 9am sessions…
