Weekly update 2/4/11
Hi – finally it’s the weekend!! hoorah!
This week’s update includes loads of detail so read on to find out everything you might need to know about taylor-made fitness this week…
Firstly:
- I’ve just added April updates to the website so click here to access a wealth of information about the dangers of dairy, the benefits of foam rolling, nutritional advice from Paul Chek and a 20 minute workout for beginners.
- This page gets updated every month so remember to check back once in a while. I try to post articles that are relevant to questions I may have been asked over the previous month or that I think will generally be of interest. Please let me know if there is anything special you would like to see.
- Also with the April updates is an exciting offer for any uni students who are home for the Easter holdiays. They can have unlimited access to all my bootcamp sessions and super-circuits classes for the special price of just £30 – click here for details. Please spread the word amongst friends and family with uni students.
Secondly:
For any 9am bootcampers not wanting a 4-week break over Easter the following dates are confirmed as extra mid-morning bootcamp sessions:
- 11th April @ 9am
- 13th April @ 10.30am
- 2nd May @ 9am
- 4th May @ 9am
Please let me know if you wish to be added to the list for these and I will send you the relevant payment link. 1 session per week will cost £6; 2 sessions in one week will cost £10.
- If you want them there is still an option for 2 extra sessions on 19th & 22nd April – both @ 10.45am – but I need a few more names to make these viable. If you are interested please let me know as soon as possible (email, fb or text) so that I can confirm that they will go ahead.
The super-circuits class will run as normal every monday at 7pm and the 6.15am bootcamps run as normal every week except 25-29th April.

6.15am @ DCPS (week 2 in the month so getting a bit more intense):
Mon – lo & hi
Weds – easy ME!
Fri – team-time…
9am @ Benenden (week 3 so prepare to sweat!!):
Mon – vertigo
Tues – metabolic circuit
Weds – abs accumulator
Thurs – DIY CV
Fri – ME
