There will be some changes to the class and bootcamp timetable for the New Year:

• Super-Circuits will continue on Monday evenings at 7pm at DCPS
• an extra circuit/boxing class will be starting on Thursdays at 8pm at DCPS – please email me if you are interested in details of this class
• the Mid-Morning Bootcamp will start a little earlier and will run 9-9.55am on weekday mornings
• I am looking at running a Saturday morning Bootcamp in Benenden if there is sufficient interest – again pelase email me if you would like to register your interest
• all other classes and bootcamp sessions will remain unchanged
