There were no creepy crawlies but loads of nasty exercises to challenge my bootcampers to the limit! They proved to be a very stubborn lot, ever reluctant to be the first one to bail out. It all came down to a throw of the tyre in the 6.15am class with Niki narrowly squeezing Liadan into 2nd place. Sam beat off the other contenders n the 9.15am session.
Well done to everyone who was there.
