Stretching for flexibility
Try the stretching sequence below as a great way to unwind after a busy week.
If like most people you forget to stretch at the end of your workouts you might find that you have some tight spots in the body which will benefit from these gentle moves. Make sure you are wearing loose comfortable clothes before you start and give yourself 15-20 minutes to work through the exercises shown. Try to keep your breathing relaxed and allow the body to move into each stretch, working with a range of movement that is comfortable to you.
If you add a stretching programme into your weekly routine, over time you should notice improved flexibility and easier movement patterns in your every day activities.
