Bootcamp changes!

Bootcamp sessions just got a whole lot more flexible!!

Early Bootcamp:

I have now  added the option of attending the Early Bootcamp twice a week, as well as three times a week, so that you can choose the option that suits you best. If you book twice per week you can attend on whichever days suit you, and spread the days out over the month – you don’t have to rigidly stick with 2 days each week. Hopefully this will give you greater flexibility to fit around work and other commitments.

Mid-morning Bootcamp:

The Mid-morning Bootcamp sessions will now run every weekday morning (term-times) to give you ultimate flexibility & the option to get seriously fit. You can opt for 2, 3, 4 or even 5 sessions per week with reduced session prices the more you attend. As with the Early Bootcamp sessions, you can attend on the days that suit you and spread the days over the 3 weeks of the course to fit around your busy schedule. For example, if you book 3 sessions per week, you may use up 4 the first week, 2 the second week and 3 the third week.
