What is super-circuits?
This class offers you a fantastic form of interval training which is one of the most effective ways to lose weight and increase fitness.
Circuit training uses a range of different ‘stations’ each of which involves a different exercise. You perform timed sets at each station before moving to the next one. So by the time the class is over you will have had a fairly intense, whole body workout and you will feel great!
But this is Super-Circuits, so:
- there’ll be added fun and games thrown in at random intervals
- the format of the class will change frequently so you don’t have chance to get bored and so that your fitness levels keep improving
- we’ll include some simple fitness tests so you can chart your progress &
- there’ll be some ‘taylor-made’ challenges to keep you on your toes!
If it all sounds like too much hard work, remember that you will be able to set your own intensity level so you can take it a bit easier when you need to. I’ll also give you options and alternatives if any of the moves are not right for you. You will be surprised at how far you progress over the course of a coupe of months.
The class is suitable for men and women of all levels of fitness and experience.
Please remember to bring a small towel (for any floor based exercises and mopping your brow!) and a large bottle of water to every class. You will need them!
